FIDE World Rapid & Blitz Championships 2025: Tickets Now Open!
The FIDE World Rapid & Blitz Championships are coming back to Doha this December. For five days, chess fans will get to watch fast, intense, high-pressure games featuring the biggest stars in the world.
The event will take place at the Sports and Events Complex of Qatar University. Top players will compete for four world titles and a prize fund of over €1,000,000.

The FIDE World Rapid & Blitz Championships 2025 will be held from December 26 to 30 in Doha, Qatar. The event includes both Open and Women’s sections in Rapid and Blitz formats.
